Lovely nurse who saw to me. Receptionist was a bit rude and wasn’t going to let me through as she didn’t see my appointment on her screen. Luckily the nurse came and called me in. But the place was clean and the nurse was lovely and kind. There was nothing for me to do as results go to my gp so I can’t really answer the was I involved one. I was involved as much as I needed to be at this appointment xx

Maybe update the system so you can be found by receptionist? Or allow the reception team to go by your referral letters? She wasn’t having it that I had an appointment until the nurse cane out and called my name. So possibly you could figure out a way for the reception to know who’s there etc? Or perhaps be a lil more polite about things?

Because [name removed] the senior Audiologist is a consumate professional and [name removed] has the utmost regard for her.

Make sure the main reception and small reception of 3 staff know about the audiology section because they all looked at us with a bemused look, didnt know what we were talking about! Joined up knowledge, not always at the forefr ont with NHS staff in receptions!

The appointment was on time, and the doctors were very confident in the process of the treatment.

Free parking for patients, previously I had an appointment that was a total mix up and overran by a couple of hours.
